“My wife and I host an annual party for my office.  This year we decided on a ranch theme.  Chef Joe developed a perfect menu with Santa Maria BBQ.  He even set up dutch ovens in the backyard and prepared items the way the cowboys did.  It was fun to watch and really made the evening memorable to our guests. The BBQ and sides-wow! Thank you Couch Potatoes!” - James D
